Bench folding

Description

Folding dining bench made of recycled hardwood with a weathered look. These folding benches are inspired by the original market tables from India, and used at Indian weddings, public events, and festivals. They were transported by trucks and unfolded side by side for events, then moved to new locations afterward.

Our old and vintage benches are not new or artificially aged. Over the years, the recycled wood has acquired a beautiful used, weathered finish. The benches bear markings and scratches corresponding to their age and level of use. At our factory in India, we repair all furniture ourselves, replacing broken planks with slats from other benches or tables, and removing nails from the wood.

Additional Information:
– The bench has 2 iron rods under the top; push them into the pre-drilled holes in the legs to lock the table!
– Can be used as indoor/outdoor furniture.
– This folding bench can also serve as a great outdoor table for your next garden party.
– The bench is a few centimeters thick when folded, making it easy to store.

NOTE: Each bench has a unique appearance, as they are all made from recycled wood.

Materials:
Certified FSC wood and metal.

Maintenance:
The bench will last for years if properly maintained. For indoor use: Apply teak oil twice a year. For outdoor use: Use teak oil at the beginning and end of the season (any type of teak oil will suffice). Use varnish or linseed oil on metal parts. If you want to make it easy for yourself, you can also coat the entire bench with linseed oil.
