Description
An old bowl from tribal areas. This beautifully primitive bowl has been carved from a single piece of wood, features an oblong shape and a single andle at either end.Hand hewn with a tribal adze. In India people use to serve sambhar of other vegeatables in the bowl at the community feasts. The only credible story we have heard is that it was used to put in food for live-stock. In 18 years of buying in India we have never seen this type of bowl. This type is quite a rare type and therefore a limited quantity is available.
