We ship your order within 1-2 working days. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a trackingcode via email. Please also check your spam folder, sometimes it ends up here. If you haven’t received an email, you can always contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you have placed your order, a confirmation page will show a summary of your order. You will receive an order confirmation promptly via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email confirmation in your inbox. We will send subsequent emails when your product ships, including tracking information. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
You can return a product or order by notifying us within 14 days after receipt of the order. You then have 14 days to return the item(s). We will refund you in the original form of payment. Please mind that custom made items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. For more information, please check our Delivery and returns page.
We start working on your order as soon as we’ve received it. If an order is already packed or shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.

Many of our products are unique and made from recycled materials. Because of this there can be some differences between the pictures and the product you will receive. We always try to add multiple pictures of these items, so you can see what differences there may be and clearly indicate it in our product description.
We make every effort to display current and accurate product inventory online. If you ordered an item and the products availability changes, we will notify you directly.
