The Scrapwood wood comes from demolished houses from Southwest India. We give it a second life by using it in our Scrapwood collection and strive to process the recycled, old wood in its original state. This means that the wood retains its original color. Each piece of this collection is therefore unique.

FSC Recycled quality mark – Durability guarantee
This product is made from 100% recycled wood in our own factory in India. FSC-Recycled certification has been obtained for all collections made here. A product bearing the FSC logo gives a consumer a guarantee that no illegal or unsustainable logging has taken place for the production of this item.

Maintenance:
– Occasionally wipe with a slightly damp or dry duster without heavy stitching, to avoid scratches.
-Avoid all cleaning tools with a rough surface.
-Avoid polishing or cleaning products that contain silicone, because these can let natural wood dry out over time.
-Do not use cleaning products or cleaning products containing ammonia.
-Rub wax into the wood for a nice shine and a natural protective layer. This also prevents the wood from drying out.
-Mineral (wood) oil can be applied with a cloth. This will produce a protective surface over time.
