We ship worldwide. We can ship your order where ever you need it to go. Shipping for parcel shipments is automatically calculated at check out.
The shipping costs of larger / heavier products are calculated afterwards by means of a shipping quote.
We offer the following shipping options and rates:
Domestic orders to the Netherlands
For all orders with a value of €75 and up, we offer free shipment within the Netherlands. This also included furniture shipments to the first floor.
If you’d wish to return an item, always notify us within 14 days after receipt of your order. This can be done by;
- Sending an email to our customer service at email@example.com, with your order number and the item(s) that you will send back and the reason why.

After this, you have 14 days to return the items. It is also possible to return the item(s) within the 14 days, with the return form included.
To make a return, please follow the following steps:
- Fill in the return form which you received with your order.
- Pack your item(s) with care, so it will be safe for shipping. Preferably in the same packaging and protection material as you received it in.
- Add the return form and send back the parcel.

We will refund you the amount of the returned items, as soon as we have received it. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. This can take up to 14 days.
Please mind the following when returning an item:
Custom made items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
The costs for returning an item are for your own account.
If you received your order in a box, envelope or mailbox package, you can return the product(s) in the same packaging if this is still suitable for shipment. Otherwise please make sure to use enough packaging and protective material to send the item(s) back safely.
If you received your order by any other means (for example a pallet), please get in touch with us. We will arrange the return transport in consultation with you. The costs will depend on the size of the shipment and the pick up address. We will of course discuss this with you.
Damaged or defected products In case of damaged or defected products, please contact us immediately. We will make sure to solve this as soon as possible. In case of a return, the costs of this will be met by us.
