The black ‘Bus Stop’ wooden bench from the Factory collection is made from 100% FSC-certified reclaimed wood. Its name refers to the simple wooden benches traditionally used at bus stops in India. Measuring 45 x 20 x 50 cm, this compact bench is easy to use as an extra seat, side table, or stool.
The wood is finished in black, while the texture of the reclaimed timber remains visible. Small imperfections, colour variations, and signs of previous use are part of the material and make each bench unique. Thanks to its compact size, the bench fits easily beside a sofa, in a hallway, bedroom, or anywhere extra space is needed.

Material
The Factory collection is made from 100% FSC-certified reclaimed wood. This wood is sourced from old houses, abandoned factories, and other buildings, for example from floorboards, wall panels, and roof structures.
Years of use have given the wood its own texture and patina. It consists of various local hardwood species from India. Because reclaimed wood is used, each item differs in grain, texture, and finish.
The FSC Recycled certification means the wood comes from reclaimed sources and that no illegal or unsustainable logging has taken place for this product.
Maintenance
Clean the wood with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and harsh cleaning products. Use coasters when using the bench as a side table.
