Mango wood console table 85 cm

This version measures 85 cm wide, 42 cm deep and 80 cm high. The top provides enough room for a table lamp, vase, books or a few favourite accessories while the compact width makes it easy to place against a smaller wall or in a hallway.

Use the console table in the entrance with a mirror above it, place it against an empty wall in the living room or use it in the bedroom for a lamp and other everyday items.

Also available as a narrow 140 cm console table

For a longer wall, the same Beachwood console table is also available in 140 x 30 x 80 cm. This version is wider but only 30 cm deep, making it particularly suitable when you want a narrow console table that does not take up too much floor space.

Place the longer version against a wall or behind a sofa. Both sizes have the same light Beachwood finish and visible mango wood grain.

Beachwood collection

This mango wood console table is part of our Beachwood collection. The collection has a light wood colour with a warm undertone and a coarse, elongated grain that remains clearly visible.

Beachwood was inspired by driftwood that has been exposed to sun, salt water, wind and waves over many years. These elements give wood a faded colour, long grain patterns and a slightly rougher texture. This look formed the basis for the finish of the collection.

During production, each piece goes through several stages. Skilled craftspeople shape, inspect and finish the wood by hand without hiding its natural structure. As every piece of wood is different, the console tables may vary slightly in colour, grain and texture.

The light colour makes the collection easy to combine, while the coarse wood structure allows the timber to retain its weathered appearance. This combination of light wood and a slightly rougher finish gives Beachwood its recognisable look.

Mango wood

We use mango wood for this console table. Mango trees are primarily grown for their fruit. When older trees produce fewer mangoes over time, they can make way for new planting and the timber can be used to make furniture.

This gives the wood a second life after fruit production. The trees are therefore not grown solely for furniture production.

Maintenance

Wipe the console table with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products. Do not leave moisture on the wood for long periods and use coasters under glasses, vases and plant pots where possible.

Wood naturally reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. Avoid placing the console table directly next to a radiator, air conditioner or other heat source. Small shrinkage cracks may develop over time and are part of the natural movement of wood.
