Use the rack for everyday shoes, trainers, boots or other items that would otherwise quickly end up scattered around the room. The three open shelves give each pair its own place and make it easy to see what is stored where.
The top shelf also gives you some extra storage space. Use it for a basket, bag or a few smaller accessories. The raised edge helps keep everything neatly in place.

Material
We use teak wood for this shoe rack. Teak is a strong wood with a visible grain and natural variations in colour and pattern. Every piece of wood looks slightly different, which means no two racks are exactly the same.
Teak has been used for furniture and other applications for many years because of its strength. In Indonesia, much of the teak grows on plantations. The Indonesian government controls the timber trade through a system that tracks the origin of the wood. This is linked to the FLEGT agreement with the EU, which supports the trade of legally produced timber.
Maintenance
Wipe the shoe rack with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products and do not leave moisture on the wood for too long.
Try not to leave wet shoes directly on the wood for long periods. A mat or protective layer can help prevent moisture marks. Small imperfections, colour differences and changes in the wood are natural characteristics of teak.
