The Farmwood wooden dining bench is available in three lengths, making it easier to choose a size that suits both your dining table and the space around it. The 180 cm dining bench has two legs, while the 200 and 220 cm versions feature an additional central leg for extra support across the longer length.
A dining table bench is a practical way to seat several people next to each other without placing individual chairs along one side of the table. Combine the bench with dining chairs on the opposite side or place chairs at either end of the table.

A matching wooden dining table is also available within the Farmwood collection. Pairing the dining bench and table in the same recycled wood makes it easy to create a complete dining area.
The bench does not have to be used with the Farmwood table. Its simple design also works well alongside other wooden dining tables.
Farmwood collection
For our Farmwood collection, we use recycled wood from old houses and buildings in South-West India. This includes old beams, floorboards and other wooden elements that are given a new use in furniture.
Skilled craftspeople select and work the wood while preserving many of its original signs of use. Cracks, knots, colour variations and previous repairs may remain visible. These details show that the wood has already had a previous life.
As every piece of recycled wood is different, each Farmwood wooden dining bench varies slightly in colour, grain and texture.
Material
The Farmwood dining bench is made from FSC-certified recycled wood. FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council and operates an international certification system for responsible forest management and the sourcing of wood and other forest-based materials.
The FSC Recycled label confirms that the wood comes from reclaimed sources. By reusing existing timber, the material is given a second life and less new wood is needed.
Maintenance
Wipe the wooden dining bench with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products. Do not leave moisture on the wood for long periods.
Wood naturally reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. Avoid placing the bench directly next to a radiator, air conditioner or other heat source. Small shrinkage cracks may develop over time and are part of the natural movement of wood.
