When do I receive my order?

A: We ship your order within 1-2 business days. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code via the e-mail you provided. Also, check your spam, sometimes the email ends up there. If you have not received an e-mail, you can always contact our customer service via webshop@rawmaterials.eu.

How can I confirm that my order has been placed?

After you have placed your order, you will be taken to a confirmation page, where you will see the summary of your order. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Check your spam if you don’t see the email confirmation in your inbox. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code. Please contact us at webshop@rawmaterials.eu if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order in whole or in part by sending us an email to webshop@rawmaterials.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your order. Please note that custom-made products cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. For more information, see our ‘delivery and return’ page

Can I still change my order?

As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately start packing. If an order has already been packed and/or shipped, we can no longer make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship your order wherever you want. Shipping costs for parcel shipments are automatically calculated in the checkout for most countries. If the shipping costs cannot be calculated immediately because it has to be shipped further afield or because it contains heavy and/or large products, we will send you a shipping quote. You can then still decide whether you want to proceed with the order or not.

What are the shipping costs?

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?

This is certainly possible. Enter the correct address at the delivery address at checkout. If you have created an account, the address will automatically be added to your address book, so that you can easily enter the address for future purchases.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro and gift vouchers from Raw Materials.

Will I receive the exact same product as in the photo?

Many of our products are unique and made from recycled materials. As a result, there may be some differences between the images and the product you receive. We always try to add several photos of these products so that you can see what differences there may be and this is also clearly indicated in our product description.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

We do everything we can to keep up to date with the current product stock. If you have ordered a product and the availability changes, we will inform you immediately.

What if I receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product?

If you accidentally receive a product that you did not order or that was delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will then solve this for you as soon as possible. You can contact us via webshop@rawmaterials.eu or +31 020 421 38 93.

Where can I buy your products?

Our complete collection is available on our webshop. If you want to view a product in real life, please contact us at webshop@rawmaterials.eu or +31 20 421 38 93. We can then provide you with information about resellers in your region. Send us your city and what product you are looking for, as not all resellers offer our full collection.
