Shipping & returns

We ship worldwide. We can ship your order to wherever you want. The shipping costs for parcel shipments are automatically calculated at check-out.

The shipping costs of larger / heavier products are calculated afterward by means of a shipping quote.

We offer the following shipping options and rates:
Domestic orders to the Netherlands.

Free delivery
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders with a value of €75 and above. Furniture shipments are delivered on the ground floor. For deliveries on the 1st floor and above, we charge an additional surcharge (via stairs/elevator). This surcharge is calculated afterward. Does the furniture not fit in the elevator/stairwell? In this case, the furniture is delivered on the ground floor. You are responsible for renting a moving lift yourself.

If you want to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be done by;

  • Send an email to our customer service at webshop@rawmaterials.eu, with your order number and the item(s) you are returning and the reason why.
  • Call us at +31 (0) 20-421 38 93
  • You then have 14 days to return the items. It is also possible to return the item(s) within 14 days, including the return form.

Follow the next steps to make a return:

  • Fill in the return form that you received with your order. You can find the return form here.
  • Carefully pack your item(s) for safe shipping. Preferably in the same packaging and protection material as you received it.
  • Add the return form and return the package.

We will refund the amount of the returned items as soon as we have received them. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. This can take up to 14 days.

Please note the following when returning an item:
Custom-made items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.

The costs for returning an item are for your own account.

If you have received your order in a box, envelope or letterbox package, you can return the product(s) in the same packaging if it is still suitable for shipment. Otherwise, please ensure you use adequate packaging and protective material to safely return the item(s).

If you received your order in a different way (for example a pallet), please contact us. We will arrange the return transport in consultation with you. The costs depend on the size of the shipment and the pick-up address. We will of course discuss this with you.

Damaged or defective products Please contact us immediately if you have damaged or defective products. We will ensure that this is resolved as soon as possible. In the case of a return shipment, the costs are for our account.
