Teak dining chair with upholstered seat
The Freya is easy to place at the dining table, and the upholstered seat makes it comfortable during longer evenings around the table.
The chair measures 49 x 46 x 80 cm and has a seat height of 47 cm. You can also use it as a single chair at a desk or dressing table.

Material
For the frame of the Freya dining chair, we use teak wood. Teak is a strong type of wood with a clear grain and natural differences in colour and pattern. This means every chair looks slightly different.
Teak has long been used for furniture and other applications where strong wood is needed. In Indonesia, a lot of teak grows on plantations. The Indonesian government controls the timber trade through a system that traces the origin of the wood. This is connected to the FLEGT trade agreement with the EU, which supports the trade of legally produced timber.
Maintenance
Wipe the wooden frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning products and do not leave moisture on the wood for too long.
Remove dust and crumbs from the upholstered seat with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment. Dab stains dry as soon as possible and avoid rubbing the fabric too hard.
Wood reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. It is therefore best not to place the chair directly next to a heater, air conditioner or other heat source. Small colour differences, imperfections and changes in the wood are part of teak wood.
